Women Interactive is a creative technology festival for women with a special focus on women of color who produce and share media content taking place in the Cosby Building at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia on October 13, 2012. In keeping with the fast paced nature of technology, the WI Festival will allow college students, collegiate faculty, technology and media professionals and enthusiasts the opportunity to interact with innovative technology by following the three pillars on which the festival is based: Interaction, Education and Inspiration. The three pillars are exemplified through three festival tracks: Creating Content, Sharing Content and Monetizing Creativity.

Screening: In the Wake of Posedion and River Deep

1. In the Wake of Poseidon: Is a motion graphics short that visual conveys the poem "In the Wake of Poseidon". Adobe Illustrator and Aftereffects was used in creating the short.

2. River Deep: Is a Intonation motion graphic project that uses the variation of tone used when speaking. Tina Tuner's River Deep Mountain High was inspiration for this project. Adobe Illustrator and Aftereffects was used in creating the short.
